John Robert “Johnny” Hilton, 69, passed away Thursday, November 05, 2020 in Augusta, Georgia. Johnny was a longtime resident of Piedmont and was an avid Alabama fan. Johnny is survived by two children: David McGatha (Heather) and Summer Hilton; Grandchildren: Brayden Poole, Kasen Walker, Haley McGatha, Hannah Steed and Ethan McGatha; one brother: Jerry Hilton; 2 half brothers, Darrell Hilton and Jeffrey Hillton ; half sister, Rebecca Hilton ; uncle and aunt, Tommy and Betty Carroll; several cousins ; and close friend, Connie Reynolds. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Chandler Garcia; mother and step-father, Ruth and Edward Davis; and father, Elmond Hilton.
